Advanced Multitasking is about multitasking and what I found out in my investigation, analysis, and conclusion on the topic a few years ago. Although I had thought just the opposite, I learned my life was actually falling apart and multitasking did not exist. It was consoling to read the words by the very Roman poet that shattered my multitasking illusion in the first place, “It is better to learn late than never” (Syrus, 43BC). The Advanced Multitasking certification (AM) will be available soon. The certification will include a one hour presentation, handouts, and the Advanced Multitasking book. Homework will include a task prioritization exercise, identifying key stakeholders, validating task priorities with key stakeholders, action planning, delegation, reducing scope on a key task, getting progress feedback, and passing a multiple-choice, take-home,30-question exam with a score of 90% or higher.
